Misoperation of seamless steel pipe quenching and tempering furnace:

1. Wrong action. External interference and influence. The load changes dramatically, and the detection circuit is close to the strong circuit, causing interference signals and resulting in changes in the detection current or voltage values. The overcurrent or overvoltage indicator lights up, and the inverter stops.

2. Refuse action. The power supply of the detection circuit has no voltage. For example, detecting damage or open soldering of electronic components in the circuit section. The components of the detection circuit are damaged.
